Refund Policy

Preamble

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions of refund applicable to the services provided by By-Hoster, an association declared under RNA number W162005815 and registered under SIRET 92395660100010.

It supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) and the General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCs).

Article 1 – Immediate performance of the service

By subscribing to a By-Hoster service, the customer expressly accepts the immediate execution of the service after confirmation of payment.

Therefore, the customer waives his right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 2 – Eligibility for reimbursement

A refund can only be considered in the following cases:

Non-functional service at the time of delivery (total inaccessibility of the service),
Defect attributable toBy-Hoster unresolved after a support request,

Exceptional decision of the By-Hoster administration based on reasons deemed valid (e.g. force majeure, reasoned request).

Important:* Simply not wanting to use the service again, an order error or a change of mind are not automatic reasons for a refund.
