Who can become a reseller?
Professionals who resell hosting or IT services: hosting companies, agencies, managed service providers, freelancers. Every request is reviewed by our team.
How long does approval take?
Our team answers within 12 hours. Once approved, your reseller area opens in your client account.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. You only pay for the services you order, at your reseller price, from a prepaid credit you top up whenever you like.
How do my prices apply?
Wherever you are signed in: on the website, in the cart, on invoices, on renewals and through the API. Your tier rises on its own with your deposited credit and your purchases.
What happens at renewal?
Each service renews automatically from your credit, 3 days before it expires. We warn you by e-mail if your credit no longer covers the next 14 days.
Will my customers know it is By-Hoster?
Not in the modules: they only see your brand. Only the network’s public information (IP WHOIS, AS number) remains ours.
Which uses are refused?
Illegal content, unlicensed gambling, pirate IPTV, phishing, spam, attacks and mining. Details are in the programme conditions.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, with no commitment. Your current services continue, at the public price when they renew.
