Our support chat (with the AI assistant Victor) uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep a technical conversation identifier (victor.token). This storage, strictly necessary for the continuity of your conversation, allows no advertising tracking and is shared with no third party. It is deleted when you clear your browser's browsing data; on the server side, conversations not linked to an account are automatically deleted after 90 days.
