You install ClientXCMS on your site (valid licence required), enable the CTX Reselling addon and declare a "Reselling"-type server in your admin settings. You receive an API key: from then on, every VPS order placed by your customers is provisioned automatically over a secure HTTPS API, credentials are emailed, and billing follows with prorated renewals. The official addon documentation covers each step.
No. ClientXCMS + CTX Reselling is the fastest and most automated route, but if you run another billing solution (WHMCS, Blesta, in-house tooling), get in touch: we assess custom integrations case by case based on your volume and stack.
We do. KVM hypervisors, NVMe storage, network, Anti-DDoS and hardware remain the By-Hoster team's responsibility in our DC-FR_NA(01) datacenter in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. You provide first-level support to your customers (usage questions, billing) and escalate any infrastructure incident to us.
The "your reseller price" column is what you pay us per VPS per month; the "included margin" is what you earn if you align your rates with our public pricing — but your own price list is entirely up to you. On the entry plans (Start, Essential) the reseller price equals the public price: your margin comes from your own positioning. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing tiers also exist with the same discount logic. The grid covers Linux KVM VPS; for other ranges, contact us.
You do. The end customer orders and pays on your site, under your brand, at your rates: your price list and margins are entirely yours. On our side, we bill you at the reseller prices above, with prorated calculation on renewals.
No, that's the point of white label: the VPS ships with a neutral IP and credentials sent from your own client area. No By-Hoster branding appears on the end-customer side. Reverse DNS can be customised on request.
