AI-powered support assistant

Our live support chat features an AI assistant named Victor, working alongside our human team. The AI models run exclusively on our own self-hosted GPU servers: no conversation or personal data is ever sent to a third-party AI provider, exploited, or resold. When you are logged in, Victor may read your account information (services, invoices) solely to answer your own questions; passwords and secrets are automatically masked before any AI processing. Your data is never used to train AI models. AI replies are clearly labelled, supervised by our team, and you can request a human at any time. We only measure aggregate quality indicators (average response time, satisfaction) to improve our support; anonymous conversations are deleted after 90 days.
