By-Hoster, an association declared under number RNA W162005815 and registered under SIRET 92395660100010, respects the privacy of its users and undertakes to protect their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no. 2016/679 and with the applicable French legislation.
This policy describes the way in which we collect, use, retain and protect your personal information.

- Hosted content (limited to the infrastructure).

Apart from these cases, no assignment or resale of data is carried out.
Article 6 – Retention period
Your data is kept:
- For the entire duration of the contractual relationship,
- Then archived for 2 years from the end of the relationship, unless a longer legal obligation applies.

By-Hoster implements all the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of your data:
- Secure authentication,
- Restricted access to the data,
- Encryption of transmissions,
- Monitoring of the infrastructure.

By-Hoster uses:
- Functional cookies necessary for the operation of the website,
- Google Analytics to analyse the audience and improve the user experience.

In accordance with the regulations, you have the following rights over your data:

Article 10 – Transfer outside the European Union
All the infrastructure and services of By-Hoster are located in France. No transfer of your data outside the European Union is carried out.

By-Hoster reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in order to comply with legislative, regulatory or technical developments.
Changes will be announced through our website.
Article 12 – Conversational assistant and artificial intelligence
Our website and our customer area offer a live support chat, in which, alongside our human team, an artificial intelligence assistant named Victor takes part.
12.1 An entirely in-house processing
The AI models used by Victor run exclusively on our own GPU servers, self-hosted within our infrastructure. No conversation and no personal data is transmitted to a third-party AI provider; nothing is exploited, resold or shared with anyone.
12.2 Data processed by the assistant
- When you are logged in, Victor may consult your account information (subscribed services, invoices, due dates) for the sole purpose of answering your questions concerning you.
- Confidential data (passwords, keys and access tokens) is automatically masked before any processing by the model. As a precaution, never disclose a password in the chat.
- Your conversations and your data are never used to train the AI models.
12.3 Human supervision
The sole purpose of the AI assistant is to improve the responsiveness and the quality of our answers on simple questions. Its interventions are clearly flagged as such, supervised by our team, and you may ask for a human contact at any time — your request is then forwarded immediately to our support team.
12.4 Quality indicators
We measure aggregated indicators (average response time, satisfaction rate, conversation volumes) for the sole purpose of continuously improving the quality of our support. These indicators serve no advertising purpose. The conversations of unidentified visitors are automatically deleted after 90 days.
