AI support assistant (chatbot)

Purpose: provide fast first-line help on simple questions through our live chat, where an AI assistant named Victor works under our team's supervision. Legal basis: legitimate interest (support quality and responsiveness). Data: conversation content; for logged-in customers, account information (services, invoices) read solely to answer your questions — passwords and secrets are automatically masked. Hosting: AI models run on our own self-hosted GPU servers; no data is sent to any third-party AI provider, exploited, or resold, and your data is never used for AI training. Safeguards: AI replies are labelled as such; no fully automated decision with legal effects is made (GDPR art. 22); you may request human intervention at any time. Only aggregate indicators (response time, satisfaction) are measured. Retention: anonymous conversations are deleted after 90 days.
