Host Easy!Appointments without installing anything
Your clients book a genuinely free slot themselves, computed from your working hours — and nobody takes a commission on the appointment.
Starting at €4.99/month
Introduction
Easy!Appointments installed, updated and backed up by us, on a machine in France. Online appointment booking: your clients reserve a slot from a public page, while you manage services, providers and availability. Synchronisation with an external calendar is possible. You install nothing and configure no server: the application is online a few minutes after you order, under your own name.
The plan that suits it is App Essentiel at €4.99/month incl. VAT — 2 GB of memory. The application is PHP on top of a MySQL database, and its work is brief but repeated: every time a visitor picks a date, the server recomputes the available slots by crossing the service duration, the provider's working hours, their breaks, their days off and the appointments already taken. Add the confirmation and reminder emails, and the calendar synchronisation that polls each provider's calendar. The 2 GB leave room for the booking page to stay instant even at busy times.
What gets replaced here is a booking service that takes a commission or a subscription per provider, and above all the telephone ringing during appointments. The principle is the same as at the big platforms: the client opens your page, chooses a service, a provider, a date, then a slot among those left, and enters their details. The difference is that the page is under your name, that the client or patient list stays with you, and that no third party stands between you and your appointments.
What managed hosting changes
A public page that only offers what is real
The visitor chooses the service, the provider and the date; the application shows the genuinely free slots, taking the service duration into account. A one-hour appointment does not appear in a forty-minute gap, which removes half the rescheduling calls.
Each person's hours, and their absences
Every provider has a day-by-day working plan, breaks, days off and blocked periods. A service can be offered by only some of them, and take a different length of time depending on the person. That is what lets a four-person practice run on one calendar.
Synchronisation with the provider's calendar
A personal calendar can be linked to the application: appointments booked online appear in it, and a commitment noted in the calendar makes the slot unavailable on the booking side. That is the setting that avoids the worst case, two people expected at the same moment.
Roles and a compliant form
Administrator, provider, secretary: each sees what concerns them, and a secretary can manage the diaries of several providers. The booking form accepts your custom fields and displays your legal notices with a consent checkbox, which matters for a client list.
Why hand it over rather than install it
A practitioner who no longer wants to answer the phone
Osteopath, psychologist, dietician: the phone interrupts sessions and the answering machine fills up. An online booking page absorbs most of the requests, and the slot offered is always a free slot.
A salon with three employees
Each has their hours, their days off and the services they provide. The client chooses the person or lets the application decide, and the salon diary fills up without anybody keeping a notebook.
A garage organising its services
One service per type of job, with its real duration: two hours for a service, half a day for a clutch. The workshop schedule stops overflowing because someone misjudged it on the phone.
A drop-in desk with time slots
A town hall, an association, an advice service: twenty-minute slots, one officer per slot, and a queue that disappears. Users book online, and those who cannot are added by hand.
A trainer opening remote appointments
The published slots work for video meetings, with the joining link sent in the confirmation email. Since the application handles time zones, a participant abroad sees the time that applies to them.
Hosted in France
For a practitioner, an appointment list is health data. Yours stays in our own infrastructure in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, which we operate ourselves, and feeds no platform.
Frequently asked questions
No, and that is the most important limit to know before choosing: Easy!Appointments books slots, it does not take money. There is no payment gateway, so no deposit to discourage no-shows. Those who need one organise differently — an automatic reminder two days before, a cancellation policy shown on the page, or payment on site. If taking money at the time of booking is essential to your business, this tool will not be enough.
Through calendar synchronisation. You link each provider's personal calendar to the application: appointments booked on the page are added to it, and above all events already in the calendar make the slot unavailable online. Without that synchronisation you have to remember to block absences in the application yourself, which works but requires discipline. Appointments taken by phone are entered directly in the interface and block the slot immediately.
SMS reminders require a paid third-party sending service: the application sends emails, not text messages. There are no recurring appointments, so a weekly session over ten weeks is entered ten times. It is not a staff planning tool: you describe working hours, not shift rotas. And the booking page can be customised — name, logo, colours, wording — but stays a booking page: it is not a website builder.
App Essentiel, at €4.99/month incl. VAT. It provides 2 GB of memory where the application asks for 768 MB at minimum: the headroom serves the system, not the decor. You can change plan later without reinstalling.
Yes. Easy!Appointments is free software: we host it, we do not own it. Your client list and appointment history live in a MySQL database you can export and reinstall elsewhere as it is.
