Renewing a service
If your service is approaching its expiration date, you can renew it manually.
How do I manually renew a service?
Open the service page, click "Renew" and pay the invoice that is generated: the renewal takes effect as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Go to My Account → Services
- Click the service to renew
- In the renewal section, click "Renew"
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm the payment
How long is my service renewed for?
The service is extended for the same billing period as the one currently active: a monthly service runs for another month, an annual one for another year.
To change that rhythm at the same time, use the billing period change instead, which is set on the same service page.
What happens if I do not renew in time?
The service is suspended 3 days after the unpaid due date. You have a 7-day grace period after the due date to renew it from its page, with no data loss. Data is kept for 90 days after the due date; after that, the service and its data are deleted irreversibly.
To avoid this situation entirely, enable an automatic subscription with a saved payment method.
