Paying an invoice
How do I pay a pending invoice?
Open the relevant invoice from My Account → Invoices, then click "Pay": payment takes four steps.
- From the invoice page, click "Pay"
- Choose your payment method (available gateways are listed)
- You will be redirected to the secure payment page
- Once payment is confirmed, your invoice status will change to "Paid" and your services will be activated
Which invoices can I still pay?
Only invoices with "Pending" or "Failed" status can be settled.
A cancelled or already paid invoice no longer shows a payment button: that is expected, nothing is due. If a payment failed, the invoice becomes payable again, so you can retry with another method.
Which payment methods are offered?
You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via Stripe), by PayPal or with your credit balance. Prices are final, with no VAT applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
The list actually offered appears when you choose: if your usual method is missing, it is not enabled for that type of invoice.
