Using your credit balance

If you have a credit balance on your account, you can use it to pay invoices.

How can I top up my credit balance?

Your balance can be funded in three ways:

• By topping up your balance from the client area (the minimum and maximum amounts are shown on the page)
• By redeeming a gift card code
• By an administrator, who can manually add credit to your account

A goodwill refund also often takes the form of credit added to your balance.

How do I pay an invoice with my credit balance?

Open the invoice, enter the amount to use in the "Use my balance" section, then confirm.

1. Open the relevant invoice
2. In the "Use my balance" section, enter the amount to apply
3. Click "Apply"

If the balance covers the full invoice amount, it will automatically be marked as "Paid". Otherwise, the remaining amount must be paid through another gateway.

Your balance cannot be used to pay for a domain name: for an invoice that includes a domain name, use another payment method.
