Managing your payment methods

Go to My Account → Payment Methods.

How do I save a card as a payment method?

Cards are saved through Stripe (credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay): select it, fill in the card form, and click "Add".

The card number is never stored on our side: the gateway keeps it and returns only a reference to us.

How do I set the default payment method?

Click "Set as default" next to the payment method you want.

It will then be used automatically for automatic renewals (subscriptions). Without a default method, no subscription can be charged.

How do I remove a saved payment method?

Click "Delete" next to the payment method concerned: removal is immediate.

Note: if this method is linked to an active subscription, the automatic renewal may fail. Save the new card and set it as default before removing the old one.
