Viewing your active services
Where do I find the list of my services?
Go to My Account → Services: the page lists every service you have, running or finished.
Click on a service to view its details, connection information, and available actions.
What do the different service statuses mean?
A service carries one of five statuses, telling you whether it is running, stopped, or still waiting to be delivered.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | The service is operational |
| Suspended | The service is temporarily disabled (often due to non-payment) |
| Expired | The service period has ended |
| Cancelled | The service has been cancelled |
| Pending | The service has been ordered but is not yet provisioned |
A suspended service becomes active again as soon as the invoice is paid. A service left pending more than a few minutes after payment deserves a support ticket.
