Deleting your account

⚠️ This action is irreversible. Your personal data will be permanently deleted.

How do I permanently delete my account?

Deletion is requested from My Account → Profile, in the "Delete my account" section, and confirmed by entering your password.

Once the deletion is complete, you will be logged out and redirected to the home page.

What conditions must I meet to delete my account?

Your account must be settled: no unpaid invoice, and no service still active.

• Have no pending invoices
• Have no active services

If you have active services, cancel them first and wait for them to expire. If you have unpaid invoices, settle them beforehand.

What data is actually deleted?

Your personal data disappears entirely, but accounting records are kept.

Upon deletion:

• All your personal data is erased (name, email, address, etc.)
• Your support tickets and messages are deleted
• Your access to the client area is permanently revoked

Note: Billing information (invoices and order lines) is retained for legal and accounting purposes in accordance with applicable regulations.
