Using a promo code

A promo code allows you to get a discount on your order.

Where do I enter a promo code during my order?

The "Promo code" field is on the cart page, before you move on to payment.

1. Add your products to the cart
2. On the cart page, find the "Promo code" field
3. Enter your code and click "Apply"

The discount will be automatically calculated and applied to the total.

Why is my promo code refused?

Because it does not apply to the product you chose, because it has expired, or because it has already reached its usage limit.

Promo code restrictions (applicable products, validity period, usage limit) are defined by the administrator. Read the conditions associated with your code carefully.

Also check capitalisation and spaces: a code must be entered exactly as it was given to you.

How do I remove a promo code from the cart?

Click "Remove code" on the cart page: the total immediately returns to its original amount.
