By-Hoster runs a single physical datacenter: DC-FR_NA(01), located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. This datacenter hosts every service we ship (shared web hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, dedicated servers, housing and the gaming servers operated under the Gamost brand). The entire technical chain, from the network cable to the client operating system, is under the direct responsibility of the association.
We are neither a reseller nor hosted at a third party. The servers are our hardware, the network is our cabling, the power and cooling are our installations. This transparency is a deliberate choice: a client must be able to know exactly who operates their hosting and where their data is physically located. Our legal identity, our infrastructure and our team all live inside the same French perimeter.
Our scope is deliberately limited to a single site. By-Hoster is not a multinational with datacenters spread across continents: we operate one site, in France, that we know in depth. This choice concentrates effort on operational quality rather than geographic expansion. For clients who need several regions, we orient them toward complementary solutions instead of promising coverage we do not actually operate.

Direct responsibility
When a hardware, network or power incident happens, diagnosis and resolution are handled by our team. No escalation to a third-party vendor, no time lost in cross-vendor support loops.
No false multi-region promise
We do not claim to operate what we do not. A client who needs Singapore or São Paulo is not our target: we operate in France and we say so clearly.
Operational mastery
Knowing one site in depth allows finer operations than a shallow coverage of ten sites. Procedures, cabling diagrams, capacity plans, everything is documented and kept up to date by the team.

For clients who need geographic redundancy, we orient them toward complementary architectures (off-site backups, multi-cloud) rather than claiming to operate several sites.
The servers (compute and NVMe storage), the network (switching, routing, IP peering), the electrical supply and the cooling are under our direct responsibility. We do not rent server capacity from a third party, we do not resell another carrier's offer. The entire technical chain is our own hardware, configured and maintained by our team.
Datacenter tours are not open to the general public for physical security reasons and out of respect for the privacy of other hosted clients. Professional visits (contracted clients, institutional partners, audits) can be organised on motivated request by writing to contact@by-hoster.com. A visit agreement and supervision by a team member are always required.
